    The DWDI range are belt driven centrifugal fans designed for situations which require high pressures to remove unwanted dust, reside, or fumes in a number of industrial and commercial contexts. The DWDISigrist Design Australian Made and Owned series incorporates double width, double inlet impellers powered by a four pole, single phase motor, and encased by a galvanised steel drive guard. This allows the DWDI range to effectively provide ventilation to a wide variety of environments, including office buildings, shopping centres, classrooms, and hospitals.

    Centrifugal fans are uniquely capable of producing high static pressures while simultaneously producing high flow rates. This makes them incredibly useful for settings which require high pressures and a powerful airflow to extract unwanted substances such as dust and dirt, or to exhaust air over a large area.
    The DWDI range incorporates high efficiency, double inlet impellers constructed from galvanised steel, which are able to provide a larger flow rate of air compared to regular single inlet impellers. These are powered by a four pole, single phase motor, which provides a cost effective source of power while also maintaining a reasonably high RPM and low torque.
    The DWDI range includes a number of different models which vary in their specifications slightly, providing options regarding size, construction, motor capacity, and other features. The details regarding how these models differ can be found in the relevant datasheets.
    Constructing the body and casing from galvanised steel provides additional strength to the system, ensuring that the fan is able to protect from the unwanted ingress of dust and water. This contributes to the sustainability of the fan and ensures longevity.
