The SA-M range are roof mounted axial vertical supply fans, designed to supply ventilation to environments that require fresh air to replace polluted or unsatisfactory air that has been removed by an exhaust fan. As a vertical supply axial fan, the SA-M range is able to cater to higher pressures and potentially noxious gases, while still maintaining the benefit of a smaller, lighter, more cost-effective unit.
The SA-M range incorporates high-efficiency, corrosion resistant motor-rotor impellers in single or three phase. The impellers are formed from fibreglass reinforced polypropylene, while the body is constructed from a durable, UV stabilised, hail proof polymer. It is therefore well-suited to environments such as building ventilation, and the supply and exhaust of air in industrial contexts.

Roof mounted axial supply fans are integral to a number of environments, removing industrial fumes and supplying a suitable air flow to maintain a comfortable air pressure. In comparison to centrifugal roof mounted exhaust fans, axial fans produce a larger amount of noise pollution, and are therefore better suited to industrial contexts such as factories rather than domestic environments such as bathrooms and small kitchens.
The durable, high efficiency impellers are driven by an external rotor motor with an IP54 rating. This means the motor is capable of protecting against dust and splash water, and can therefore feasibly be used in industrial contexts without worry of ingress.
The SA-M range is available in 7 different sizes, allowing for a choice of various pressures and air flows, ensuring suitability for a wide range of situations. Further, there are multiple options of either 4 or 6 motor poles, allowing for variation in the RPM and torque of the system, where motors with a larger number of poles provide more torque at a slower speed. Some models further offer a choice between a single phase or three phase motor, providing the option for a larger amount of power if necessary.
These roof mounted axial supply fans are enclosed in a durable, UV stabilised, hail proof polymer or fibreglass case. This ensures protection from unwanted ingress of dust and water. UV stabilisation and hail proofing further ensure resistance to weather, which is of particular importance in the context of roof mounted fans which are exposed to external environments.
